

The Group's first power generation asset, in operation since June 2014, is located on the Chapecó River in Passos Maia, SC. In December 2017, Tradener acquired a 67.5% stake in the company, having Celesc Geração as a partner. The installed power is 9.6 MW and 5.48 MW of physical guarantee granted by ANEEL. It has two Downstream Kaplan S-type generating units, with 4.8 MW of active power per generating unit. Energy is sold 100% on the Free Market.

The plant located in Cristalina, Goiás has 15.8 MW of power and two Kaplan-S Montante Voith Hydro generating units. First venture as a 100% company-owned Greenfield project. With 140 million investment, it used infrastructure debentures financing in the capital market, that is, without using public resources. Its energy was sold at the 2016 Reserve Energy Auction and recently acquired the I-REC certificate.

The plant that is currently under construction is expected to come into operation in July 2022. Located in the municipality of Cristalina, GO, it has 14 MW of power and two Kaplan-S Montante Voith Hydro generating units. Located in the municipality of Guamaré, RN, Eólica Mangue Seco 2 is part of a complex of four wind farms with a total installed capacity of 104 MW. Eólica Mangue Seco 2, which Tradener purchased, owns and operates a 26 MW wind farm with 13 2 MW Wobben E-82 wind turbines.

The Barra Bonita Thermoelectric Power Plant is located in Pitanga, in the state of Paraná. It has a capacity of 7.4 MW and consists of two 3.7 MW Wartsila generating sets, model W9L34SG. Fuel: Natural Gas from the Barra Bonita wells. The plant is registered to participate in the 2021 A-4 and A-5 Energy Auctions.
