Guilherme AvilaCivil Engineer graduated from UFPR. Master in Planning, Operation and Commercialization in the Electric Power Industry from the same university and MBA from the University of Oxford, in England. He worked as a Project Manager structuring Tradener's operations and controls, then moving on to Financial Manager and Administrative and Financial Director. In 2024, he was appointed CEO of Tradener, consolidating his upward trajectory in the organization.

Carlos Frederico GulinCivil Engineer from UFPR with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He was Commercial Director of Construtora Mogno Ltda and Director of New Business at Viação Cidade Sorriso LTDA. He has been a member of the Tradener Board of Trustees since 2008 and is currently a Gas Director.

Roberto Schloesser Jr.Business Administrator graduated from FGV-SP in 1994 and has an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-SP. Extensive experience in the area of oil & gas and energy, having held leadership positions in companies such as Shell, BG Group and Enron. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Comgas SA and Transportadora Brasileira Gasoduto Bolívia-Brasil S/A (TBG).

Henrique GrossmanBusiness Administrator graduated from UFBA and Accountant from Faculdade Maurício de Nassau, with an MBA in Finance from FGV and INSPER. He was an auditor at Deloitte and financial coordinator at Braskem. He worked for 11 years in the MDC Energia Group and in 2016 he was appointed CFO of ERB - Renewable Energies of Brazil and was promoted to CEO in 2020.

Flávio de SouzaTechnician and Electrical Engineer, Postgraduate Degree in Marketing (Insper) and Immersion Finance (Dom Cabral). He took over the Commercial Board of CPFL Solutions and led a significant growth of 5x in EBITDA and 4x in team size.

Rogério PizetaGraduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Uberlândia, with an MBA from FGV. A professional with 30 years of experience, 20 of which in the energy sector, having worked in various areas such as Engineering, Maintenance, Projects, Energy, and Natural Gas. He has built a solid career in large multinational companies and has served on several boards of hydroelectric generation projects. He also held the position of Director at CEE, was a board member of ABRACE, and Vice President of the Board at ABIAPE.

Pablo BekerGraduated in Business Administration (UFSC), with an MBA in Finance (FIA) and an Executive Program in Leadership (IMD). He worked at Engie, EDP, and CPFL. Later, he joined Statkraft, serving as Head of Trading and Origination and as Commercial Vice President for Brazil. Most recently, he was Director of Commercialization at Atlas Renewable Energy.
